OMG, I didn't expected to be writing about Taylor so soon again but yet again another album is coming out very soon!! Can you believe it because I sure don't!? This is insane fast and I am so excited as you can read haha. I just got her newest album in the mail today. Soon I can add another to the collection!

This new album will be the sister album of Folklore and is called Evermore. The album will have 15 tracks and 2 bonus tracks so, 17 songs in total. Evermore the album is coming out at midnight eastern time!

''I'm elated to tell you that my 9th studio album, and Folklore's sister record, will be out tonight at midnight eastern. It's called Evermore. To put it plainly, we just couldn't stop writing songs. To try and put it poetically, it feels like we were standing on the edge of folklorian woods and had a choice: to turn and go back or travel further into the forest of this music. We chose to wander deeper in. I've never done this before. In the past I've always treated albums as one-off eras and moved onto planning the next one after an album was released. There was something different with Folklore. In making it, I felt less like I was departing and more like I was returning. I loved escapism I found in these imaginary/not imaginary tales. I loved the ways you welcomed the dreamscapes and tragedies and epic tales of love lost and found into your lives. So I just kept writing them. And I loved creating these songs with Aaron Dessner, Jack Antonoff, WB and Justin Vernon. We've also welcomed some new (and longtime) friends to our musical kitchen table this time around...''

Omg, can you believe it? I forgot to write about her newest album and I was so excited about it! I guess a bit late is better then never? 

Folklore

Taylor didn't mention that a new album was coming, it was a total surprise and made this year so much better! Folklore is Taylor Swift's 8th studio album. This album is a bit more like the old days, more country then pop and I love it! I like both and no matter what, she has a sweet, beautiful voice which makes every song sound good and did you know she brought out Folklore only eleven months after Lover? That's pretty fast!

Taylor worked hard on this unique album in this strange time. I know it is different and a few where disappointed when it came out but I sure wasn't! She has always been a country girl and she changed back to her old ways. I like pop much more then country but not when it comes to Taylor Swift. No matter what she sings about it is always beautiful, touching, pure or yet another masterpiece! My favorite song of the album is Cardigan, it is catchy, fun, the story is behind it is so good and I always put it on replay!

Against the Current's New Song is Out Now!

I haven't written much about them yet, just once about their previous album Past Lives in 2018. So I am changing that now! 

ATC

Against the Current (short: ATC) is a pop/rock band from New York and was formed in 2011. They are not very well known yet around the world but they are getting there! I've been a fan since they did covers by other artists. They brought out two EPs before releasing two albums. The first EP is called Infinity (2014) and their second is called Gravity (2015). I was really happy then when they finally released their first album in 2016 called In Out Bones and within two years they released another album called Past Lives (2018). They have toured several times, also in Europe. The band members are singer Chrissy Costanza, guitarist Dan Gow and drummer Will Ferri. They signed to the record label Fueled by Ramen.

New

One day ago they brought out their new song That Won't Save Us with a music video! It's a very catchy song and I've listen too it pretty much non stop since it came out! 

A new Album?

Nothing is sure yet but it has been two years so I think there is a chance that there's a new album on the way as well, fingers crossed!

Ariana Grande's New Album: Positions

Just a few more days until Ariana's new album drops! This will be her 6th album and it will be called "Positions" which will drop October 30th! I'm so excited for it! Positions will have 14 songs with three collaborations: The Weeknd, Ty Dolla Sign and one with Doja Cat. I'm most excited about the collaboration with The Weeknd, I love their voices together and Love Me Harder is still one of my favs (pretty much all of Ari's songs are my favourites!). Which collab are you most excited for?

Ariana Grande's new album is on the way!!

OMG! Ariana Grande posted yesterday out of the blue on her instagram feed, that her new album will be released this month!! I am so excited about it, this album will make the year a whole lot better! She never disappoint ❤ 

Sad but true there is not much other news  about the album yet. No idea what the title will be of the new album or the names of new songs. I'll blog about it when there is more news, so keep your eyes peeled!

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

I can't believe they listened to us, the fans! I never get that lucky and now I am, we are. I was waiting for this show to come because they where amazing in their roles. Yes, yes yes! I am talking about Ethan Peck as Spock, Anson Mount as Captain pike and Rebecca Romijn as Number One. The Show will be called ''Star Trek: Strange New Worlds'' which will air on CBS when the time is there. Lots of Trekkies (Fans) will be very happy with this wonderful news, I'm thrilled to say the least! This news sure made my day a hell of lot better!

A little sad to say that we need to wait for it...Everything is quiet different this year and a lot has ben cancelled or rescheduled, meaning we need to wait on pretty much everything a lot longer then usual but as long as everybody is safe, you won't hear me complain about it!

There is not much known yet. I'll keep you updated on further news and please stay safe, look out for others and give an helping hand if needed 💖

Avril Lavigne is touring

Hi there everyone, Avril is touring and will be here (Holland) on march 20th. I've never seen her before, I never got the time or money or I was to young at the time. So I was really excited to hear that she was going to tour again, now I got my change to see her live in AFAS Live in Amsterdam. I'm going with one of my best friends and with my mother. I will write about her concert and how it was after march 20th, so you still have to wait a bit but I'm already excited to write about it!
